Thank you for your interest in becoming a Vendor!

Mayor Eric Johnson is excited to host the 28th Dallas Annual Mayor’s Back to School Fair at Fair Park on Friday, August 2, 2024. The signature annual event provides Dallas students and families with essential back-to-school supplies and essential services and resources.

The deadline to register as a vendor is Friday, July 19!

This year, we are thrilled to hold the Dallas Mayor's Back to School Fair in person! We invite your company or organization to sign up for a vendor booth at the fair and hand out any goodies and information to participants. As in years past and in an effort to ensure the most funds are given toward students' school supplies, a $250 booth fee will apply to for-profit organizations and a $100 booth fee will apply to all not-for-profit organizations participating in the fair. This will offset part of the cost of tables, chairs, and electricity.

All vendors are required to stay for the entirety of the event and provide appropriate quantity of giveaway items (pencils, brochures, erasers, highlighters, etc). 

We anticipate roughly 2,000 students and
their families per hour. Please plan to evenly distribute your items throughout the day! 


Special raffles and games are encouraged! 

Vendors will be able to begin set-up
on Thursday, August 1 from 1:00 - 6:00pm.
